On June 21st, Orange was pleased to welcome a group of 11 Romanian students to the Innovation Gardens.
reward for excellence
The Orange partner school Polytechnique offered these young students a trip to Paris as a reward for winning the Romanian national Mathematics competition "Olympiads of Mathematics and Physics".
The event was a success, as it enabled the students to discover a part of the world of Orange and some of the exciting career opportunities that exist within the digital world.

Jean - Loup Hrycenko, Responsible for Innovation Gardens hosted the event and gave a presentation about Orange itself: what Orange is and how it changes the lives of people across the world - with of course, a few of our latest technologies thrown in.
Judging by the comments received, the students appreciated their visit very much and it certainly left them with a great impression of Orange.
Ecole polytechnique Communications manager, Alison Koriyama : "I would like to thank Orange very much for welcoming us to the Jardins de l'Innovation. It was very interesting and inspiring for all of us - in fact many of the Romanian students told me that the visit to Orange was among their favourite things they'd done during their entire stay in Paris (and this was after they'd visited Versailles!)"
