Why join the Orange Graduate Program?

Do you enjoy taking on challenges? Do you want to move forward,
learn, and get involved in meaningful projects? Then this program is for you.
Here, you don’t fit into a box. You create your own path. From day one, you take on a
position with real responsibilities. For three years, you’ll lead high-stakes projects in
France or abroad. You’ll progress quickly, and you’ll progress well.

• 2 rotation assignments, in France or abroad
• 10 days of intensive bootcamp to build up your skills
• The support of a network of more than 500 alumni, mentors, and leaders
• The freedom to choose your missions

  • Contribute to the digital transformation of 26 countries in B2C and 65 in B2B
  • Take part in concrete, responsible projects that make an impact
