Europe Profitability process support:
Participate to weekly GCPE team and Europe iPC meetings
Maintain and develop the Europe iPC overall framework together with all relevant stakeholders (Europe iPC Ops, GCPE, Domains).
Drive the finance contribution (PL production, low and negative margin reporting, etc)
Contribute to the governance, reporting and challenge of margin improvement initiatives.
Participate in all Monthly Country and Clusters Performance Reviews (CCPR’s).
Define targets and measure the margin performance (region, country, and customer) in close relation with Europe Head of Finance.
For which relates to profitability, coordination of the team of Country FC‘s ensuring that:
Common practices are established and followed, in particular work practices with key stakeholders are reviewed periodically
Improve FC’s knowledge of one-truth and margin improvement plans with bi-weekly in-depth sessions
Analysis produced are valuable to the business and challenging, in particular that the country profitability analysis produced by the controllers is quality-driven (PL forecasts are accurate, focus on certain specific customers is appropriate, improvement actions are followed up)
Monthly Countries PL’s:
Maintain and develop the process of production of the monthly countries PL’s; this involves:
Establish the framework for Country FC's to operate effectively and efficiently (templates, automation, deadlines, sharing documentation, coaching and training where necessary), continue to identify opportunities for process developments and improvements
Provide detailed guidelines and in-depth analysis with regard to specific costing issues identified in close relationship with FP&A / BPA (Business Profitability Analysis).
Monthly European Regional PL
In-charge for the Consolidation of the Countries Margin forecasts, to form the European Monthly PL forecast,
Establish reporting criteria and reporting methodology in relation with the Europe Head of Finance
Support, challenge and advise Europe management, in order to provide a reliable semester outlook
Contribute to the margin reporting in the Monthly Business Review (MBR)
Contribute to the Monthly Europe iPC pack (financial summary, low and negative margin analysis, Bad shape and Special Attention accounts, updates on Customer’s PL’s Program)
Prepare the Europe margin highlights by consolidating the country margin highlight prepared by the FC’s.
Quarterly CFO Reviews:
Strongly contribute to the Europe Quarterly CFO Reviews as follows:
Liaising with the BPA team
Manage, review and improve the process of collection of information from the Country Controllers in relation with the Europe Head of Finance.
Bi-annual Customer PL Program:
Strong contribution to the Customer PL bi-annual program as follows:
Every 6 months, define with the Europe Head of Finance a list of accounts for the review in coordination with (Country iPC Leaders, GCPE Country Directors and FC’s)
Establish the overall framework (template, governance, processes, procedures) for the completion of the reviews
Follow up the practicalities around planning of the reviews with the FC’s
Review and challenge the presentations performed by the CBU manager and the FC’s.
Prepare in coordination with FC’s the bi-annual loss to go provisions analysis
Coordination and consolidation of the Opex and Capex big tickets analysis with FC’s
Production of specific in-depth analysis as agreed with Head of Finance Europe
Support Country Controllers in the production of post-IC reviews
Education: likely to be qualified accountant or MBA or CPA with financial specialism
At least 5-7 years of work experience in financial roles, ideally in Telco industry
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
Ability to learn, flexibility, creativity: good business and management skills
Good team player, with ability to act as individual practitioner
Fluent professional in English is requested.

base salary from 1,380 € brutto per month., actual salary is likely to be higher based on skills, knowledge and experience
