about the role

Leading  Shared Platform and Admin zone services Operation teams and functions

Developing new functions that help to enhance quality, performance, productivity & autonomy

Plan and manage the growth of level 2 and service desk team to enhance the support/proactive monitoring within Infrastructure vertical services and integrate new services

Maintain all services availabilities & OLA

Manage the roadmap and growth with top management and engineering teams

Managing all SIP’s handling to business, employees and management needs

Developing team capabilities /competencies by new responsibilities, delegations and trainings

Managing the scope and interlock between different teams

Managing the transformation to use advanced services like CyberArk for operation access layer and dev ops

Work with process owners to adapt all operational procedures

about you

University degree (Engineering degree preferred) with 8 to 10 years total experience of both Management and technical teams operations in a customer service environment.

Fluent in is a must, French is a plus

Excellent customer service skills

Good leadership skills and Presentation skills.

Proactive, self-motivated and determined attitude.

Ability to build relationships with peer and management levels both with clients and the company management

Good time management, organizational and communication skills.

Able to understand complex Customer infrastructure and good understanding of Services.

Excellent customer skills and focus are required.

Ability to work under pressure and to deal with multiple tasks.

Substantial experience with administration, configuration of VMware, Solaris, Linux and Windows.
