about the role

-In charge of the technical integrity and performance of the cloud platform during
the RUN phase with the following responsibilities:
-Accountable for technical integrity of the platform throughout the RUN lifecycle.
-Provides complex troubleshooting for major incidents and crisis
-Provides technical guidance and supervision for complex changes and attend CABs as subject
-Manages regular performance management reviews
-Manages Release deployment and upgrades for Infrastructure components
-Makes technical decisions for platform organic growth based on Capacity Reports
-Develop and maintain technical best practices rules and guidelines for cloud provisioning to
guarantee platform consistency and scalability
-Main interface for OCB Architects and Engineering for technical subjects specific to the customer
solution
-support pre-sales in France, Europe and APAC in building the right solution to meet customer requirements in terms of operational model, level of service and SLAs
-support the marketing teams in France in extending and enhancing the service description for the Managed Application services
-provides expertise to the Build and Run teams within Operations in Cairo for all offer related issues
-support pre-sales teams in customer facing presentations/workshops to explain our operation model to customers
-provides costing and sizing information for post-sales related activity
-organize handover to the build team after contract signature
-support organic growth and up-selling opportunities
-non-intensive travels in France, Europe and APAC for face to face meetings

about you

-Ability to work with transversal teams across large and complex organizations
-Strong knowledge of IT technology and operations
-Strong knowledge in Cloud Technologies
-Experience with IT delivery organizations and processes is an advantage
-Knowledge of project finance, P&L and contract/scope management is a plus
-Experience in technical management of complex IT/Cloud platform based on multiple technologies
-Expertise in Cloud Technologies (Virtualization, Storage, Backup, Cloud Management platforms)
-Engineering degree and suitable technical certifications
-French( plus)
