Fulfilment of Complex Service Requests in bulk using advanced methods

Fleet Management, Ordering and Provisioning of customer fleet in bulk

Analyse Reporting needs from customers and set up feasibility for report production

Ensure manual billing for a limited set of customers

Implement Quality Management practices and enforce them to all services including proactive checks

Degree in IT or related field plus more than 3 years experience working in Customer Support (Request Fulfilment)
