The Security & Access Management Specialist/Expert will need to interact with colleagues in various parts of the business to define, design and implement access management solutions that meet the organizations’ standards in terms of Security, Compliance, GDPR & business support. He/She will be required to provide high quality assistance, support & expertise for setting up new teams as well as handling organization re-structure in terms of access management, Security & GDPR so as to ensure minimal impact to operations. A high level of integrity, confidentiality & availability is expected for this position.

Roles and Responsibilities:-

  • Interact with stakeholders at all levels within the organization to understand business requirements, review, validate & implement appropriate access management solutions as per pre-defined organizational strategy
  • Constantly meet access management KPIs in terms of Habilitations review, OLA between operations, SLA with multiple partners [ARMS, ITHD, RefSAM, Operations…]
  • Maintain a high level of integrity, confidentiality and availability in all aspects of this position
  • Ensure right-first-time in terms of configuration & implementation
  • Process requests from multiple channels & sources as required for this job [ACD, NUAR, ARMS, RefSAM, Genergy, SharePoint, List2, OPM & Habilitations mailbox, …]
  • Ensure constant follow-up, tracking, reporting & Audit on Security initiatives/tasks
  • Conduct ARMS/RefSAM/NUAR Audits, define robust action plans and follow-up till closure
  • Manage PKI configuration, & deployment for all Mauritius MSC Teams
  • Daily/Weekly/Monthly update of Operational & Security dashboard with progress status, observation, root cause and action plan
  • Manage all Security Incidents within the Mauritius MSC perimeter
  • Act as subject matter expert for GDPR (Subject Data Rights), Compliance & Security requests for Mauritius MSC teams & Orange Business Services Customers’

  • Strong time, capacity & priority management skills; able to work across the organization on multiple projects simultaneously, managing expectations and prioritizing workloads
  • Adaptable to change; able to respond to shifting requirements and priorities
  • Well organized and structured approach to work with good attention to detail
  • Project management skills
  • Ability to effectively manage priorities within scope of work and communicate clearly to all stakeholders within the organization

Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience:-

  • An undergraduate Degree or equivalent.
  • Excellent MS Excel and MS PowerPoint knowledge and skills
  • Good knowledge of Security concepts with regards to access management
  • Segregation of Duties, CIA, AAA, Need-To-Know,…
  • At least 3 years’ experience working on multiple transversal projects within Orange Business Services
  • General understanding of Orange Business Services’ partners in terms of Organization structure & activities handled by Mauritius MSC
