Mission :- To manage and co-ordinate Mobility activities on both France and International perimeters.

 

Roles & Purposes :-

 

Reporting to the head of Mobility  , the Manager Customer Mobility Centre should be capable of :-

 

Providing leadership & guidance to direct reports, typically comprising Service Desk and Fleet management Line Managers to effectively perform their jobs and responsibilities in their day to day  management  to ensure the required delivery of the service desk activities related to

Mobile Fleet Management :-

Ensuring a dedicated customer service on order processing ensuring the rigid applications of Large Account customer contracts and billing on Voice, Data and M2M customers

Orange Mobile Enterprise :-

Customer Service Management and Service Desk Management on international perimeter with Major Customers across multi partner operations
