Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Microsoft UCIE team to provide on-time & right first time configurations, and perform final acceptance testing of the Microsoft UC applications, ensuring that correct processes, practices and procedures are followed.
  • Provide support to team members as necessary.
  • Identify and initiate proactive & corrective actions to improve KPIs,  activities, guidelines and procedures.
  • Validate requests for team involvement in projects
  • Identify the implementation requirements & necessary resources within the team to handle new project/activity.
  • Provide necessary project coordination and follow up within the team, and among other interlocked teams.
  • Provide support to other departments and entities in the domain of Microsoft UC.
  • Assisting in development of voice related processes, procedures and practices that may fall under Microsoft UCIE Team responsibility
  • Meet the targets set by the management with regards to:
    Customer Satisfaction
    Quality of Configuration
    Lead Time to deliver configuration
  • Maintain and update MICROSOFT UCIE related databases and reports.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and any other team in Agility for any new services/products.
  • Manage escalations that fall within the Microsoft UCIE Team area of responsibility
  • Own the role of Hiring Manager for Microsoft UCIE Team
  • Own the Development Plan for the Microsoft UCIE team
  • Perform Performance Appraisal for Microsoft UCIE Team members

Educational background:

Certification/s in the Telecommunications is essential. Degree in telecommunications field, preferred

Professional Experience:

  • At least 10 years of experience of telecommunications networks
  • At least 3 years experience in Orange Business Services network topology in an operational environment
  • Solid technical experience in Microsoft UC environment
  • ITIL certification or concrete experience/background is required
