Define, pilot, communicate and coordinate actions plan for solving critical operation problems on the external & internal customer perimeter.
Support Operation teams in case of "crisis"
Collect recursive or major outages of operation team and purpose evolutions or solutions to improve Quality Of Service (QoS) and reactivity of Operation teams on critical applications around external & internal customer perimeter.
Analyze Top five application outages in major external & internal customer’s scope and manage improvement evolutions or actions.
Collect with the other members of "Technical Management" teams, "Infrastructure" teams and “Operation” teams the knowledge about critical external & internal l customers context and applications environment
Knowledge in remote management, teamworking skills and strong collaboration with team in Rennes/Cairo
Analyze and fix complex problems and situations in operational environment
Build a technical and structured plan to guarantee service level agreement on critical customer applications
Great knowledge of the major architecture, technology and components of applications and IT systems
• Real leadership to lead transversal activities and crisis
• Ability to work under pressure
• French fluent
• Good interpersonal, team-build and leadership skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated and determined attitude
• Technical skills in Network, Virtualization, Storage & Backup Solutions for Cloud Solutions
• Knowledge of the current OCB Solutions would be an advantage
- Strong customer facing
- Able to lead customers requirement and work under pressure
