Provide leadership & guidance to direct reports, typically comprising advanced network solutions to effectively perform their jobs and responsibilities in their day to day  management

Develop and implement initiatives to improve expertise and customer service results in continuous improvement plans

Develop and enhance multiskills competences in the advanced network domain, with focus on automation,optimization and simplification model

Providing leadership and direction to the team and ensure all service levels are met or exceeded

Develop interlocks between his/her team and the rest of Service Operations teams (Service Desk, L2 teams)

Participate actively in operational governance at all levels and be of high value added to major operational decisions

Being accountable and has the ability to report problems & issues & success to the head of department effectively and participate in decision making

Manage different poles of expertise: Cloud Coach, Service Management and Process and Quality Management experts.


votre profil

A solid background and experience of working in Management, Cloud / IT domains

Experience of managing services/products across IT Cloud

Excellent knowledge of Orange services portfolio and IT systems
Excellent knowledge of the Service Operation processes and organization

Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent Managerial and leadership skills
 

Fluent in both spoken and written French

ITIL, Devops, ISO knowledge a plus

Customer Service and IT experience, highly desirable

at least 8 years working experience and at least 5 years in direct people management
