Working as a Digital Marketing Specialist

As an important member of our organization, you’ll take up the mantle of digital marketing strategist and executioner, making sure Orange Cyberdefense is visible throughout all stages of the buyer journey, driving high quality pipeline for our new business and customer base sales teams. Your core tasks are developing effective online campaigns and ongoingly optimizing them based on data insights to meet and exceed our KPI’s. From account-based marketing, LinkedIn & Google advertising, optimizing the customer journey & conversions on the website, to telemarketing and e-mail campaigns, you know exactly how to generate more qualitative pipeline.

You will join a hands-on multi-disciplinary team of 4, where you’ll work closely together with other marketers, including a content marketer and event marketer as well as collaborating closely with sales, management, and our cyber experts that will support you in achieving your goals.

Your key responsibilities:

• Digital marketing strategy and execution – You will lead the campaign calendar and channels, from strategy through to execution. You have a strong understanding of how to align, tweak and evolve campaigns for different personas, at different stages of the funnel, as well as for different channels.
• Measure and improve campaign performance - To measure is to know, so you ensure that you can demonstrate ROI through data analysis and ongoingly optimize our campaigns per channel accordingly for maximum impact to meet and exceed our KPI’s.
• Managing digital marketing agency – You manage the relationship with our digital marketing agency that supports you in running effective campaigns on LinkedIn and Google ads. Making sure spend is on pace, deliverables are on time and performance goals are met.
• Website management – You understand that the website plays a key role in the buyers’ journey and success of your campaigns. From pushing a new offering, dedicated campaign pages, SEO to optimizing the visitors journey based on analytics.

What you bring:

• You are a true team player; someone who’s hands-on, self-motivated, and an excellent communicator who can collaborate with an international and diverse team to drive progress together.
• A 'roll up sleeves' mentality is something that fits you.
• Hands-on experience in setting up and managing LinkedIn, Google search & display and content syndication campaigns.
• Hands-on experience in e-mail marketing, experience in Salesforce Pardot is a plus.
• A data-driven mindset.
• Strong project management skills, comfortable working on multiple projects at the same time and the ability to act decisively.
• You speak, write, present, and motivate in fluent Dutch.
• 5 years of work experience, preferably in a technical and/or international organization.
• Experience in running 1-to-few ABM campaigns and partner marketing is a plus!
