In NewCo scope, as data repositories being redesign the Data Business Owner should have visibility across the entire customer journey I purchase, AI integration, automation of data exploitation, end-to-end scope, and express/manage requirements with data architects.
His main scope of work will be as below:
- Have a good understanding of the data architecture, data workflows & data repositories of current ecosystem and Newco.
- Create and own detailed backlog of data design and data management activities E2E. Clear detailed actions, dependencies, owners, and target dates.
- Interlock with Data & AI Portfolio, current IT ecosystem, Design authority and data squads in SAFe trains.
- Challenge/escalate their individual plans & activities to meet his deadlines.
- Define gaps & plan deployment of the products to be modelled.
- Provide both holistic & detailed views about the data management, risks, issues, and points of support.
- Contribute with data stakeholders to define & refine automated data loading & error handling mechanisms
- Understanding and anticipating the business needs to manage the development process more effectively.
- Trigger technical requirements as enablers to business needs.
- Flexible between agile and long-term planning

- Knowledge related to Job description
- Data Management experience
- Thorough knowledge of IP technologies, devices, services, protocols, and applications
- Experience or ability to understand design activities in a wide range of products and services
- knowledge of Orange Business Services products and solutions
- Deal with unclear scope and new products
- Manage critical discussions between business and technical stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Time management skills and able to balance tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Independent self-starter
- B.Sc. in BI Or CS
- ITIL & Project Management certified
- Excellent in both spoken and written English
- Fluent in French is highly appreciated
- 7 to 10 years of experience in telecom industry.
- 3-5 of experience as Data analyst
