Digitalisation is underway: 30 billion connected devices in 2020, big data, artificial intelligence… Orange’s Finance jobline is responding with a programme called Digital New Adventure, launched in February 2018 by Ramon Fernandez, Delegate CEO Finance, and Performance.
The Digital New Adventure
The Digital New Adventure programme aims to accelerate the transformation of the finance function by leveraging digital technology. The focus is on five themes: simplify our processes through in a digital way, foster sustainable value creation, define data governance, adapt our working environment to put digital at the heart of finance and become business enabler. It relies on local projects, the definition of a common framework and the power of a community of 5,000 finance professionals in 28 Orange countries. Our community gathers around a common purpose – “Trustworthy partner, acting as one team to foster sustainable value creation for Orange" – and our four values – #Boldness #Agility #Trust and #Team spirit.
Anticipate and define the new skills of tomorrow
Clarisse Hériard-Dubreuil, Director of Finance and performance jobline, and her team are contributing to this adventure. Among other challenges, the team is busy anticipating and defining the new skills of the future. It provides leadership to the finance community, encourages collaboration and develops talent through a constantly readapted portfolio of training. The team offers a variety of career paths within Orange.
