A few weeks ago an "Orange Wifi Café" opened on the State Agrarian University campus, the sixth in the "Orange Wifi Café" project in Moldovan universities.

Here, students and professors have free access to the internet and a space where they can organise meetings and seminars.

Around 6,000 students at the State Agrarian University now enjoy an unrivalled digital experience. They can work on their assignments in better conditions and communicate with colleagues and friends in a more enjoyable setting.

300 m² dedicated to this Orange Wifi Café

The project provides for the installation of a space in a college or university's administrative building. Here, 300 m² have been provided by the university with the equipment (computers, televisions, etc.) and the internet access provided by the Orange Moldova Foundation.

"I am sure that our students and professors will explore everything this digital space offers. Orange Wifi Café is helping to modernise our establishment," Gheorghe Cimpoies, Rector of the State Agrarian University.

"Orange Wifi Café" was launched in 2013 and almost 50,000 students and professors benefit from this project. Soon, 3 more cafés will open: at the State Pedagogical University, the Cahul State University (one of the biggest cities in the south of the country) and the Comrat State University (the capital of the autonomous region Gagauzia).
