On 17 May, Orange was at the 8th edition of the Fête de l'Alternance organised by the Paris Region branch of employer union MEDEF.

The event was an opportunity for Orange employees to meet students and introduce them to the variety of professions offered by our company.

On the agenda at the Orange stand: chats with our employees and browsing the orange.jobs website on tablets.
Muriel Pénicaud, France’s Minister of Labour, visited the Orange stand, where our Chairman Stéphane Richard served as her guide.

Held this year at Paris’s Parc Floral, the event aims to promote work-study training programmes and to encourage the young people who choose to benefit from a professionalisation or apprenticeship contract.

True to its commitments, Orange is offering 2,500 work-study assignments throughout France in 2018, particularly in high-growth lines of work related to improving the customer experience, cyber-security, data management and artificial intelligence.

These are all opportunities for future professionals of the digital industry.
