  • increasingly convergent, high-performance and secure infrastructures and networks,
  • new services to improve our customers’ daily lives and keep up with new uses.

Research is a source of innovation for Orange: it interacts with the group’s development of new products and services as an international operator. Orange’s research teams work in partnership with public institutions, major international programmes, corporate research centres, SMEs and start-ups.

a post doc at Orange

Orange recruits post-docs to work as experts on high value-added research and the riskiest sectors of its research, particularly moving past technological roadblocks. You must be able to quickly produce results, including assessments of potential paths to success and the probability of being able to launch further research with our dedicated new activities teams. You have prior experience and training in research, so you can jump right into the proposed research topic. You completed your PhD in an environment which is similar to but not part of the Group, so you bring a fresh and neutral perspective. Your background will allow you to focus rapidly on appropriate solutions to the issue at hand. Your research will aim to provide pre-defined deliverables, which may lead to the production of articles and patents.
