I am an in-store sales advisor. My job is to greet and advise customers. My responsibilities include finding the products which correspond to customers' needs and making sure they are satisfied. I also help to manage the sales outlet : inventories, labelling, re-stocking, etc.

I work within a small team which means lots of sharing skills and best practice between colleagues.

It's a job which requires a certain type of energy, and especially the ability to always listen to customers. I really enjoy the contact I have with customers.

The Orange Group is a reference within the sector and really values its sales staff; that is what appealed to me ! Over the coming years, I would like to move towards a store management position.

You are providing customers with a new type of customer experience. Listening and providing support are key to your job. You greet and advise customers about landline, mobile, internet and multimedia products. You also help them learn new uses.

your responsabilities

  • as an in-store sales advisor, your main duties are to greet, listen to and advise customers about their telecoms needs, and make sure they are satisfied. These goals must guide all your actions. Your provide customers with a personalized, honest relationship.
  • as an in-store technical advisor, your act as a coach to customers to help them appropriate new uses of telecoms products sold by Orange. You will also configure products so as to suit the individual needs of customers (activating cards, adjusting PC settings) or make sure they can use their product as soon as they leave the shop.

your background (M/F)

Customer relations vocational training to A-level or equivalent or 2-year higher education level; ideally prior experience of a sales and enthusiastic about a customer-facing position.

You are a good teacher and can share your enthusiasm for new technologies and innovative services with Orange customers. Note that you must be a keen technophile for in-store technical advisor positions.
