June 23 : female engineers in the spotlight !

June 23 is a special day: it's International Women In Engineering Day ! It's a day that matters to female engineers at Orange.

23 june IngineerWomen day

We celebrate the work of women engineers at Orange and beyond. While women hold only 24% of digital jobs worldwide and are increasingly less likely to train in tech, we are relentlessly fighting these inequalities and working towards a more inclusive digital world.

We are deeply convinced that diversity in all jobs and at all levels of the company is a sign of equality and economic performance. The Group has made professional equality between men and women one of its strategic priorities, and for several years it has committed to various actions to make a difference.
