Checklist for great personal branding
Level up your future and ambitions
Be tactical when picking your final year internship, as it’s a stepping stone that can give momentum to your early career. More than just ‘finding an internship’, choosing the right one is a delicate balance between emotion and reason. It can be summed up in two questions:

Note down what you want to put forward
Simply start by drawing up three columns on a sheet of paper:
Do you enjoy solving problems as part of a team? Do you volunteer for a charity? Would you like to highlight a professional certification? Write it all down, on paper or mobile. It's a good start for your brand image.
- What you like to do
- What people often say about you

Optimise your LinkedIn profile
A profile with no photo, no summary, and no apparent mission is not inspiring. To develop your personal branding, focus on:
- a clear, smiling photo,
- a banner that explains in two sentences what you do, or what you want to do,
- a summary of your career path, in 5 lines with precise examples.
A sense of mutual respect and mindfulness permeates our culture-in fact, it’s the key to our success.

Focus on your story, not just your experience
Changed career after 10 years in a certain job? Back to studying at 35? Tell us about it. Explain what motivated that choice.

Speak out, your way
Do you like to write, participate and interact? Wonderful. Speak out and show your commitment. Follow the 3/3 rule when publishing:
You don't have to be an expert, just committed. There is no need to be online 24/7. One post a week is enough, as long as you strike a balance between your professional strategy, your convictions, topical issues, and your personal angle.
And if you don't know what to say, start with a simple sentence. For example: “Today, I learned that...” by reposting an interesting publication. The day you feel like it, start by writing a simple post: one paragraph, with no more than three hashtags. And when you're comfortable, you can move on to writing full articles.
- a third of your content should be about your role
- a third of your content should be about your community
- a third of your content should be about something more personal.
