My journey within Orange is exciting, full of enthusiasm, energy, growth and so Dynamic.
Although I am working in Orange since 2006, I had the opportunity to work in several departments, trying new things, working on additional scopes and transversal projects with new customers, accounts and people, during my journey I explored the Operations, Management, Project Management, Cloud…
This variety of knowledge areas and fields enriched my experience and made me in line with market growth and enhanced my skills and made me Proud to work for the same company for more than 16 years.

My Journey with Orange has been very wonderful. I am glad to be part of this organization. During my tenure I have gone through a lot of professional & personal growth. Professionally I would say I have learnt a lot while working on resolution for customer issues & it has empowered me to various exposures. New learnings are still progress. And personally, from getting married to settling in our new place, orange has been significant part of this journey. I really feel the work life balance here, which has helped me to manage all.

Could you describe a day in your work life?


IT-Ops and Cloud Management

My day starts quite early, where I drop my daughter off at school, then I come to work. I usually like to start my day with some "reflective" activities, where I plan for the day, think about important things I have to prepare for, check important emails, etc. Then I usually have some meetings; I love working with people, but I also love being efficient! I usually end my day, by going through my emails and making sure that nothing important has been missed. In a fast-changing world of technology, you always have to stay up to date. So generally, I also take some time per week (2-3 hours) to do some training, or read some articles that would help me stay up to date in the technology world.

Customer Project Director

I start my day with cooking breakfast and lunch for the family, followed by completing some household chores. Ready to seize the day I then start my work, with everyday a new adventure, a new learning. While some days are more challenging than others, I am fortunate to be surrounded with some of the best people both personally and professionally who keep me inspired and motivated. While I believe work never truly ends because there is always ‘something more' one can do, at some point I take the call to logout for the day to have dinner with my family.

What would you say to women who would like to join a tech job in Orange?

I feel no work is challenging as far as you know the bigger value you are delivering through your work. If you are in IT with Orange, you are contributing directly to both Profitability and customer value, so I wish you all good vibes to go ahead with your decision.
