The care given to the arrival of a new employee
in a team where everyone already knows each other is crucial for their professional development.
To enable newcomers – whether recruited internally or externally – to succeed in their new environment at Orange, we pay full attention to them and be at their side to advise them.
Feedback is essential
We give the newcomers the opportunity to give up feedback on their onboarding experience at three important moments of the onboarding journey.
A satisfaction survey is sent out at 1, 3 and 9 months with us, in order to give us essential feedback. This input allows us to regularly improve the onboarding experience.
