The Steps
 

You’ve just applied to Orange. From your application to the final decision, the overall process takes about eight weeks.

Candidate Pre-selection

  • Within 15 days after your application
  • To validate the essential skills
  • Depending on the role, you may be asked to complete technical tests or a recorded video interview
  • Invitation to an interview or a rejection response

Interview with the Recruitment Consultant

• Within 15 days after your pre-selection
• Meeting online (video) or in person
• To introduce yourself
• Confirm your understanding of the role
• Share your motivations and aspirations
• Discuss your profile and strengths
• Talk about salary, benefits, support, and training
• Explore career opportunities

Meeting with the Manager(s)

  • If you are pre-selected after the consultant interview
  • Meeting online (video) or in person
  • Get to know the manager(s)
  • Discuss the role, responsibilities, working conditions, and growth opportunities in more detail
  • Convince and be convinced!

Final Decision

  • If your application is successful, congratulations!
  • The consultant and/or manager will contact you, followed  by an official job offer by email
  • Welcome to Orange: your onboarding program begins
  • If the decision is negative, you will receive a response within 15 days
