Interview with the Recruitment Consultant

• To introduce yourself
• Confirm your understanding of the role
• Share your motivations and aspirations
• Discuss your profile and strengths
• Talk about salary, benefits, support, and training
• Explore career opportunities
• Meeting online (video) or in person

- If you are pre-selected after the consultant interview
- Meeting online (video) or in person
- Get to know the manager(s)
- Discuss the role, responsibilities, working conditions, and growth opportunities in more detail
- Convince and be convinced!

Final Decision
- If your application is successful, congratulations!
- The consultant and/or manager will contact you, followed by an official job offer by email
- Welcome to Orange: your onboarding program begins
- If the decision is negative, you will receive a response within 15 days
