17 May 2022, international day against LGBTphobia

Having a diverse range of profiles is an asset to develop social and economic performance and stimulate creativity in a constantly changing environment.
To design and propose responsible digital solutions, we provide a work environment that gives everyone the opportunity to flourish, innovate and contribute to creating value for the common good.
The Group strives to welcome and develop all talents, regardless of their gender, origin, opinions, age, or or invisible disability, or cognitive diversity because at Orange, we are only interested in your skills.
Sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression are an integral part of our diversity and inclusion policy. The Group has been committed to this for many years now in France and abroad.
And so, this year, we are once again supporting the International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia and Biphobia.
It is only by reflecting our customers' and our employees' diversity that we can enable as many people as possible to make the most of what digital has to offer.
As part of its partnership with L’Autre Cercle, the Group participated in and financed the 3rd edition of the LGBT+ Barometer, which aims to assess progress made and areas where further progress can be made in terms of inclusive policies. The results will be available in June 2022.
