Purpose of the job
- Development and implementation of strategies to prevent/minimize revenue leakages.
- Minimizing fraud losses due to internal & external fraud by conducting risk analysis and developing controls over the revenue chain.
- Delivering all project phases going through procurement, analysis, initiation, execution and deployment
- Constantly implement and improve controls and checks in areas of RA&FM.
- Continuously ensure that published tariffs are indeed implemented tariffs on the systems.
- Perform regular reconciliation and (gap) analysis of revenue streams.
- Propose/suggest solutions to avoid occurrence of issues.
- Manage End to End TCG, Bypass and RA&FM system tools.
- Design innovative processes, system and structural solutions to enhance department metrics.
- Ensure Risk analysis of related new/changes in systems, policies, processes & products to recommend preventive & corrective measures.
- Improving proactive and reactive measures to manage RA & Fraud risks at the acceptable level.
- Analyze, develop, integrate, test, and research software solutions to create new business capabilities & enhance the effectiveness of the Technical Operations Information's accuracy, availability, & flow. Supervising the technical activities of the support team which uses different IT technologies and be accountable for the results of a medium-sized & moderately complex support or development operations.
- Experience with Talent for Bigdata tool to integrate different sources and scheduling the jobs
Duties and responsibilities
- Improving proactive and reactive measures to manage RA & Fraud risks at the acceptable level.
- Provide project control and reporting activities in owned projects.
- Recommend fraud prevention & Revenue Assurance processes, system enhancements and define rules/alarms based on trends, patterns and fraud practices
- Responsible for doing internal development for quick-win business requests. Responsible of the design, architecture, implementation, and support of existing and next generation of fraud Types through Fraud Management & Revenue Assurance Systems RAID & FMS.
- Supporting and expanding the existing fraud & RA operations and monitoring programs with a focus on effective working relationships with business users and technical peers regarding all aspects of fraud management & RA including people, processes, and technologies.
- Coordinate closely with other business functions for correction of highlighted issues and for developing preventive controls to mitigate fraud risk & any Revenue leakage.
- Works with the business users to understand problem, requirements, functionality and business processes.
- Translate customer requirements/complaints into deliverable products and services or proposed designs to be assessed.
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to end users for new/changed deployments & fixes.
- Responsible for changes and deployment for all system/applications within his function and work on test scenarios and alignment between own team and the testing team

Experience
- 2-3 years experience in Mobileum (EX. WEDO) Applications RAID UC, PI & FMS.
- Languages: XML, Shell Scripting, Oracle DB, Unix ,Java & SQL
