Purpose of the job

Designing, analyzing, and providing solutions to automate business processes through the use of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technology to support the Digital Efficiency agenda of Orange Egypt digital transformation strategy.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify repetitive, manual tasks suitable for RPA automation. Gather the customer requirements and all the required business process details to prepare the process definition document (PDD).
  • Deep dive into existing processes, document workflows, and analyze their efficiency.
  • Conduct process re-engineering to optimize workflows for RPA implementation. Develop comprehensive business cases highlighting the potential cost savings and productivity gains of RPA solutions. Work closely with the development team to design and implement automated solutions using RPA tools.
  • Create and maintain detailed test plans and execute test cases to ensure the quality and accuracy of RPA solutions.
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Developers to ensure the RPA solutions meet business requirements.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of RPA deployments, identifying opportunities for further improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging RPA trends and technologies Previous experience in the RPA or Software Development industry is desirable RPA Business Analysis Certification is a must RPA Developer Foundation Certification is a must Strong understanding of business process analysis methodologies (e.g., BPMN).

Job specification

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Management Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.

Skills and abilities

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization.
  • Experience in documenting business processes and workflows Proven ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Proficiency in business process mapping tools.
  • UiPath certified
