Purpose of the job

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive M2M & IoT connectivity strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives and market trends.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Drive the creation and launch of innovative IoT connectivity offerings that address customer pain points, generate revenue growth, and improve profitability.
  • Cultivate an environment of innovation by identifying new market opportunities, exploring emerging technologies, and developing disruptive solutions.
  • Own the entire product lifecycle, from concept development to market launch, including defining product vision, setting roadmap, and managing product development.
  • Ensure a seamless customer experience by mapping customer journeys, identifying touchpoints, and implementing processes to optimize satisfaction.
  • Lead the development and execution of a robust SIM management tool roadmap to enhance operational efficiency and customer value.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate collaboration, align objectives, and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies to launch new IoT connectivity offerings and drive adoption.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on IoT connectivity, providing guidance and support to internal teams.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform product strategy and roadmap.
  • Measure and report on product performance using key metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Job specification

Education

  • University Degree with Engineering or Computer Science background.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of overall experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Presales, product management and/or marketing.
  • Prior experience in mobility and/or IoT portfolio management is a plus.
