Purpose of the job
- Develop and execute a comprehensive M2M & IoT connectivity strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives and market trends.
Duties and responsibilities
- Drive the creation and launch of innovative IoT connectivity offerings that address customer pain points, generate revenue growth, and improve profitability.
- Cultivate an environment of innovation by identifying new market opportunities, exploring emerging technologies, and developing disruptive solutions.
- Own the entire product lifecycle, from concept development to market launch, including defining product vision, setting roadmap, and managing product development.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience by mapping customer journeys, identifying touchpoints, and implementing processes to optimize satisfaction.
- Lead the development and execution of a robust SIM management tool roadmap to enhance operational efficiency and customer value.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate collaboration, align objectives, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies to launch new IoT connectivity offerings and drive adoption.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on IoT connectivity, providing guidance and support to internal teams.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform product strategy and roadmap.
- Measure and report on product performance using key metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Education
- University Degree with Engineering or Computer Science background.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of overall experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Presales, product management and/or marketing.
- Prior experience in mobility and/or IoT portfolio management is a plus.
