about the role
Network Architect and L3 Engineer (Subject Matter Expert)
• Responsible for designing, documenting (HLD, LLD) network designs for key transformation projects.
• Guide partner/project members during implementation phase of approved solution designs.
• Implement the network configurations as per design.
• Drive transformation projects in Network tower.
• Work closely with BAU teams and Project Managers to ensure deliverables are identified and actions completed.
• Manage technical changes throughout the project phase
• Work on change management to transition the projects to BAU teams.
• Manage external/internal stakeholders during project phase and BAU transition.
• Jointly work with technology teams to drive continuous improvement and productivity benefits.
• Responsible for working with multiple vendors, and mixed delivery models.
• Build and justify business cases that pertain to Network projects within the India business.
Profile on L3 lead network engineer part of implementation, supporting BAU and interface with project team for project transformation/tech refresh..
Engineer working hours is 9 AM to 6 PM 8X5 support unless otherwise critical migration or implementation support on weekends..
Strong Knowledge on DNA/SDA and SDWAN.... Good knowledge on WIRELESS profile or Security (Cisco ASA/Firepower).

Experience:
Knowledge & skills:
• 8-10 years’ experience in designing, managing and deploying large scale network transformation solutions.
• CCNA/CCNP/CCIE in Routing/Switching or Data Center. Optional : Security & Wireless.
• Understanding and Hands on experience of LAN/WAN, Wireless and Firewall technologies.
• Knowledge on Cisco WLC and Cisco ISE.
• Cisco ASA, Firepower configuration experience.
• Strong knowledge on Cisco DNA/SDA, SDWAN, MPLS DMVPN technologies.
• Good knowledge on Other OEM's SDWAN, Firewall devices.

• Strong leadership and influencing skills with the ability to coordinate with partners, understand requirements and dedicatedly work towards completion of projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication, problem solving, working well with others, customer service, negotiating and influence, leadership without authority and working autonomously.
