about the role

As a key contributor to the digital growth of Orange Business, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and steering the digital transformation at both company and business levels. Your expertise will be instrumental in bringing and monitoring all the data necessary to drive informed decision-making and optimize digital strategies.

You will be an integral part of the Digital Growth team, a dynamic group of over 15 professionals based in Bangalore and France. This team boasts expertise in digital marketing tools, conversion rate optimization for digital journeys, user feedback and score optimization, advanced studies, and data visualization tools. Together, you will collaborate to enhance the digital experience for our customers and drive business growth through data-driven insights and innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities:
  • Acquire, clean, and transform the data captured through the digital tools, like Google Analytics and other UX Analytics tools, for reporting purposes.
  • Create detailed reports and dashboards in a timely manner for consumption by key stakeholders.
  • Design the necessary processes and measures to ensure data reliability and consistency.
  • Proactively identify data discrepancies and collaborate with all the relevant stakeholders to resolve them.
Deliverables:
  • Digital data reports and dashboards updated and published in a timely manner.
  • Resolve data inaccuracies and inconsistencies by proactively taking the necessary measures.
  • Detailed documentation of data processes and workflows, providing clear guidance to users and stakeholders.


about you

Key Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities (must have):
  • Proven expertise in managing data from digital tools like Google Analytics 4, Google Cloud Platform and other UX analytics tools.
  • Over 5 years of hands-on experience in development, dashboarding, data modelling and reporting techniques with tools like Qlik Sense and Power BI.
  • Experience in clear and effective communication of data insights using data visualization tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Partner with digital growth analysts and analytics implementation engineers to ensure data consistency and accuracy and enable accurate tracking and reporting for stakeholders.

 

Education Qualifications: BE/Diploma/Degree
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant certification on cloud (preferably Google Cloud) is a plus.
