Purpose of the job:
Developing, planning, organizing and evaluating employees & staff training and development programs for the technology & digital teams.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Conduct TNA meetings to identify gaps in skills and knowledge among employees, and to prepare annual learning catalogues & development plans.
- Ensure implementation of the training plan as agreed with stakeholders.
- Assists in designing the training programs to achieve the training needs of all departments.
- Follow up the execution of the development plans according to the annual training plan.
- Provide proper solutions to facilitate the implementation of the training programs.
- Review the development plan on monthly basis to evaluate its effectiveness
- Prepare & Review the financial and technical offers that include the required training needs, number of trainees / participants background, training schedule, venue of training, and training no of rounds, and sends them to the training provider.
- Develop & send a report of the training activity achieved on monthly basis.
- Work on RFPs & review suppliers proposals.
- Track the training budget versus expenses for the concerned departments.
- Conduct the required analysis for Training Budget needs.
- Follow up the Payment Cycle to ensure that all the invoices are paid to providers on time.
- Develop channels to stay connected with employees and assess potential needs.
- Measuring Learning Impact by taking participants feedback and Instructors feedback during and after sessions
Job specification:
Education:
1. Bachelors degree in Telecom /communications engineering, Management or Business Informatics
1. Certificate/Diploma in HR or training is preferred; or previous Training.
Experience:
1. Up to 3 years of experience in a similar field and corporate environment.
2. Good knowledge of training providers in Egypt and the Middle East.
3. Good knowledge of learning & Development tools and processes
4. Strong knowledge of training methodologies, adult learning principles, and e-learning platforms.
Skills and abilities:
1. Fluent English both spoken and written
2. Excellent computer working skills
