about the role
Maintain and Manage GSDC Network infrastructure and ensure to deliver services as per defined SLA and device availability.
Technical Operational Role: Maintain and Manage GSDC Network infrastructure and ensure to deliver services as per defined SLA and device availability.
Key Spoc for:
- Major and Critical Incident.
- Problem Management
- Change Management
- Patch & Release Management
- Capacity Management
- Knowledge management (KEDB)
- High Level and Low-Level Design Document preparation capability as part of Solution Consultant / Technical Architect engagements.
- Documentation and Reporting
- Vendor Management to deal with technical faults and issues.
- Effective handling of User/Technical Escalations
- Ensure Service Delivery as per agreed SLA and Availability
about you
- Responsible for network uptime, performance, and other related services.
- Network monitoring and proactive network uptime maintenance.
- Network management (routing), Router and multilayer switches Configuration and Troubleshooting, upgradation,
- Link Performance Management of L3 and L2 Switch at Data Centre and GSDC/GSWAN Network on day-to-day basis.
- Support administration, Change Management, Liaison with Bandwidth Provider officials and external vendors, bandwidth, and facility management.
- Responsible to prepared gap analysis in deployed /proposed solutions
- Design and develop infrastructure blueprints for the implementation of new solutions.
- Responsible for impact analysis and design modifications to existing systems to support new solutions.
- Responsible for end-to-end ticket management.
- Should be able to manage DR Site components (hardware & software)
- Co-ordinate between end-users and operation team for DR Testing & functioning.
- The candidate should be well versed with routing and switching devices and technology like MPLS technology,
- Network device hardening.
- Resolve device vulnerabilities in coordination of OEM.
- Responsible to prepared gap analysis in deployed /proposed solutions
- Design and develop infrastructure blueprints for the implementation of new solutions.
- Experience in SDSWAN technology (DR and DC integration)
- Excellent Troubleshooting, analyzing & managing the critical Incidents, Problem tickets with out of the box thought process.
- Positions will require to work in rotational shifts to support 24 * 7 operations /project assignments.
additional information
- 10 + years’ Experience in L2 and L3 Routing/Switching, MPLS, IPS, IP V6 /WAN/LAN
- B. E/B. Tech/ or Full-time graduate in any Discipline and CCNP Certified
- Language proficiency must on following languages
