Purpose of the Job

Support the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives to enhance the employee experience and strengthen employees connection to the Orange brand.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate multimedia initiatives to promote Orange Egypt as an employer of choice
  • Organize and execute employee engagement events, ensuring proper reach to all remote locations/teams
  • Support end-to-end projects to improve key touchpoints of the employee journey, from hire to fire
  • Research industry trends and recommend new ideas and digital tools to enhance employee engagement and experience
  • Assist the Employer Brand team in managing Oranges online presence on social media platforms
  • Develop content for internal communications, such as announcements and newsletters, to keep employees informed and engaged
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of employee engagement programs to foster retention and reinforce company culture
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to support the employee engagement agenda
  • Propose and implement creative ideas to engage employees and enhance their connection to the Orange brand
  • Support the planning and execution of internal HR events and initiatives
  • Contribute to the departments annual planning exercise

Job Specification

Education

BA in Journalism & Mass Communication, Business Administration, Marketing, Literature, Language or equivalent.

Experience

1-2 years experience in corporate communications, marketing, media or similar fields. Previous experience in managing publications and/or event planning is preferred.

Skills and abilities

Solid writing skills (English & Arabic)

Strong communication skills with the ability to turn complex concepts into simple, clear messages

Sharp eye for detail, good knowledge of all MS Office applications

Creative and out-of-the box thinking

Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage cross-functional projects.

Dynamic and energetic personality, can work well with diverse teams.

Awareness of the latest trends in the communications field and knowledge of the Egyptian culture/audience in specific, with strong ability to adapt global best practices to the Egyptian corporate culture.

Design and photography skills are a plus.
