The Communication Department defines and manages all internal and external communications for OINIS, a technical, innovative, international and fast-developing department. In this scope, the mission of the Internal and External Communications Manager include : - Being the communication advisor of some OINIS Executive Committee members or top managers on their internal communication requirements while ensuring communication actions meet global strategic communication objectives and are well orchestrated with other internal initiatives to maximize impact and employee engagement. - Supporting the Communication Director in external communication activities on social media, press or industry events. |

- Providing the necessary support, advice and expertise to some members of the OINIS Executive Committee and top management regarding their internal communications needs, and work cross-functionally with the rest of the internal communications team.
- Highlighting activities to create employee engagement and onboarding on the strategic vision of the entity
- Participate in the global OINIS communication effort :
- Promoting our activities on internal and external media of our stakeholders (Orange Wholesale & Orange Business & Orange Group).
- Supporting the Communication Director with external communication projects. |

Base salary from 2,225 € brutto per month, actual salary is likely to be higher based on skills, knowledge and experience.
