about the role
- Réalise toutes les opérations de gestion facturation des contrats multiproduits dans le respect des processus et des règles.
- Mettre à jour les conditions tarifaires contractuelles et appliquer les corrections éventuelles.
- Analyse les anomalies de facturation
- Assurer la relation avec les clients en interne et externe.
- Faire vivre au client une expérience différenciante humaine et digitale
- Être le garant de la satisfaction client en veillant au respect des engagements contractuels et à la qualité des prestations fournies.
- Création de la valeur à chaque contact client et pilote du parcours client omnicanal (mail, appel, web)
