about the role

Your mission:

  1. Recruitment and Selection: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, negotiating offers and releasing the offers. Advise managers on best practices for attracting and retaining top talent, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  2. HR Consultation: Provide strategic HR guidance and support to managers & employees, understanding their unique needs and challenges. Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop customized HR solutions that address business objectives.
  3. Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans. Conduct investigations into employee complaints or grievances, recommending appropriate courses of action.
  4. Performance Management: Design and implement performance management programs to drive employee engagement and productivity. Assist clients in setting performance goals, conducting performance evaluations, and providing feedback and coaching to employees.
  5. Training and Development: work with PD&L team to Identify training needs within t organizations and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  6. HR Policy and Compliance: Develop and review HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Keep abreast of changes in employment legislation and advise clients on implications for their businesses.
  7. HR Analytics and Reporting: Utilize HR analytics tools and data to generate insights and recommendations for improving HR processes and practices. Prepare regular reports and presentations for clients, highlighting key HR metrics and trends.
  8. HR Connections and Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to strengthen HR connections and foster employee engagement across departments. Organize HR networking events, forums, and workshops to facilitate knowledge sharing, collaboration, and a sense of community among employees.
  9. Focus Group Discussions (FGDs): Plan and conduct focus group discussions with employees to gather feedback, insights, and suggestions on various HR-related matters, such as workplace culture, policies, and benefits. Analyze FGD data to identify trends and areas for improvement, presenting findings and recommendations to HR and senior management.

 


about you

  1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
  2. 3 to 4 years of experience in Recruitment partner, HR consulting or a similar role, with a demonstrated track record of success in delivering HR solutions to clients.
  3. Strong knowledge of India Talent market
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with managers at all levels of the organization.
  5. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  6. Analytical mindset with proficiency in HR analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
  7. Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
