about the role
A Strategic Value Proposition (SVP) is a critical growth area for Orange Business where we can significantly accelerate enterprises digital transformation programs.
We begin with building a Digital Infrastructure, which serving as the foundation, empowering customer transformations across the digital landscape. Then we focus on the core needs of modern business: Employee Experience, Customer Experience, and Operational Experience. Our 4 Strategic Value Propositions (SVPs) are all powered by data, differentiated by trust and infused with our sustainability ambition.
Our SVPs are more than strategies. They're our promise to deliver exceptional value to our customers and stay ahead of the curve. SVPs give input to our product strategy, where we aim at simplification and at aligning it around SVPs. SVPs also look at our go to market and tackle gaps or issues that slow down the business in their remit
OX Transformation Roles and Responsibilities: (function manager Emmanuel ROUTIER)
- Drive OX Partnerships assessment and visibility working hands in hands with OX SVP SPOC at Partner Office
- OX partners ecosystem is quite large and evolving on a regular basis (centrally & locally), it is also critical to the SVP in its ability to demonstrate that positive business outcome can be delivered
- support OX SVP SPOC at Partner Office in the OX partners communitee animation (community meetings, agenda proposal...)
- deliver a regular global picture update (with each region inputs), on the positioning of those partners in term of relevant prioritized use cases, their position in the value chain, the partnership level and ranking
- define the most relevant criteria supporting partners positioning picture
- deliver a robust picture for the communication towards analysts during Orange Business Insight
- interact with OX SVP SPOC at Partner Office and with each in-region BL and/or partners manager to create, update and aggregate this partner picture
- support the OX SVP SPOC at Partner Office in the yearly Partner Award (organize inputs, jury session, final output)
- will be the entry door for OX SVP in term of new partner 1st assessment
- OX partners ecosystem is quite large and evolving on a regular basis (centrally & locally), it is also critical to the SVP in its ability to demonstrate that positive business outcome can be delivered
- This mission on partnerships focusing on OX SVP can be extended to EX SVP, as related number of partners is rather low
- Market intelligence:
- will be the SPOC for OX (Smart Industries/Industry 4.0) on related market news
- will identify from those news and additional studies/reports related to OX SVP, will extract key elements from those studies and identify related key market trends/infos
- will share those elements with the OX SVP leaders in regions
- will feed the “internal OX newsletter” with those key extracts
- work closely with Orange Innovation to interact, coordinate set up the priorities on all OX related initiatives, contribute to shaping our innovation strategy on OX
- will be the SPOC for OX (Smart Industries/Industry 4.0) on related market news

about you
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT / Telecommunication, Project management ,
- experience in marketing (either B2B or B2C) and/or B2B sales domains
- proficient in French and English to work in an international environment
- Master degree or equivalent in Marketing, Management or Business Development with IT knowledge
- well organized, structured and have a strong ability to work cross functionally
- autonomous
- analytical; curious ; techno friendly
- drive things forward and have the ability to federate
- thrive in a constantly evolving environment
- Committed and energetic, you enjoy teamwork and know how to build consensus
- strong interest in using/practice agile methodologies
