about the role
Overall accountability & responsibility
- Collaborating with the sales team to identify and qualify potential leads and opportunities for digital integration solutions.
- Conduct initial discovery calls and meetings with potential customers to understand their business requirements, pain points, and digital integration needs.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders, including the practice head, delivery team, and solution architects, to design and develop custom digital integration solutions that meet customer needs.
- Overseeing the implementation of digital solutions, ensuring they are integrated smoothly and effectively with existing systems and processes.
- Ensuring that digital solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with relevant regulations and standards.
- Develop detailed proposals, presentations, and proof of concept demonstrations that clearly articulate the benefits and value of the proposed digital integration solutions.
- Conducting product and solution demonstrations for potential customers to showcase the features and functionality of digital integration solutions.
- Responding to RFPs (request for proposals) and RFIs (request for information) from potential customers with detailed proposals and solutions.
- Supporting the sales team in negotiations and closing deals by providing technical and solution expertise.
- Collaborating with the delivery team to ensure successful handoff of the project from the presales phase to the delivery phase.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest digital integration technologies, trends, and best practices to ensure that proposals and solutions are cutting-edge and innovative.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders involved in digital integration projects.
- Analyzing data and metrics to measure digital solutions' effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
Staying up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and trends and evaluating their potential impact on the organization's operations and processes.

To be successful in the role, you will have:
Knowledge & Skills
The Chief Architect should have in-depth knowledge of digital technologies, including API integration, cloud integration, IoT integration, and data integration. He/She should also know different programming languages, software development methodologies, and data management and analytics.
He should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
The Chief Architect should have extensive experience in digital integration, with a proven track record of successful digital transformation initiatives. He/She should have experience in managing large-scale digital integration projects, working with cross-functional teams, and providing strategic direction and guidance.
Mandatory Experience
- Overall experience of 15 plus of experience in designing, implementing, and operating complex Digital Integration customer solutions and aligning support models as per the new product and technology.
Mandatory Qualification
- Bachelor/Masters Of Engineering in Computers Science/ Electronics & Telecom

API Integration Tools: Tools like Postman, Swagger, Apigee, or MuleSoft for designing, testing, and managing APIs.
IoT Integration Platforms: Tools like Microsoft Azure IoT Hub, AWS IoT Core, or IBM Watson IoT Platform for connecting and managing IoT devices and data.
Data Integration Tools: Tools like Talend, Informatica, or Apache NiFi for integrating, processing, and managing data from various sources.
Software Development Methodologies: Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, DevOps, or other methodologies for managing software development projects.
Data Management and Analytics: Familiarity with tools like SQL, NoSQL databases, Hadoop, Spark, or data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI for managing and analyzing data.
