about the role
- Business process analysis, requirement gathering on ServiceNow platform and work closely with various stakeholders
- Analytical support for full project life cycle from requirements gathering to solution deployment
- Incorporation of ServiceNow specific mechanisms and analysis philosophy into the solutions concept, understand and implement workflows, business rules, client scripting, and other aspects of ServiceNow to create impactful business solutions.
- Documentation of build and maintained products e.g. service, processes, policies, use case, workflow and the others
- Organization, participation and facilitation of meetings and workshops to drive understanding and solution development.
- Take part in continuously improvement of services and processes - through regular analysis, maintenance, system optimization and problem resolution.
- Work closely with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of proposed solutions.
- Translation, simplification and adaptation of requirements in accordance to applicable methodologies for developers, architects and other participants of construction proces
about you
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with exposure to business services and processes in financial and global GBS area
- Knowledge about methodology and experience in analysis with the background of the ServiceNow platform (any other relevant BPM's technology also considered)
- Any experience in project management implementing BPM solutions (ServiceNow - preferred technology)
- Understanding of low-coding platform - implementation methodology, including limitation and constraints in terms of development and deployment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills - analytical and structural thinking
- Excellent communication skills with ability to facilitate conversations with business stakeholders in project definition, business requirements definition and functional design sessions.
- Ability to manage of multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Experience with process quality methodology, agile methodology and cooperation within software/products delivery process, global vision of software delivery methodologies (SCRUM)
- Competence in project management and agile supervision tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint
