about the role

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team. This role focuses on producing deliverables (reporting, audit, update information systems, ad-hoc activities) by working collaboratively to meet client needs. You will work closely with Customer Service Managers (CSM) and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and contribute to process improvements (automation).

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce client reports by aggregating data from different domains.
  • Analyze statistics and compile accurate, detailed reports.
  • Analyze and model complex reporting cases.
  • Advise and propose solutions to Customer Service Managers related to reporting.
  • Maintain an organized workflow based on priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Act as a point of contact for Customer Service Managers, providing up-to-date information on priorities.
  • Participate in Client’s survey (Phone Survey)
  • Act as Backup for other Dedicated Back Office Analyst
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements.
  • Work efficiently, optimize activities and deliverables through automation.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and apply best practices to areas of improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, requests, and actions taken.
  • Ensure the agreed quality of service is consistently provided to Customer Service Managers.
  • Ensure client requirements and deliverables are met with accuracy and on time.
  • Increase competency through self-assessment and active participation in training.
  • Build relationships with peers, management, and customers to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Provide support in a matrix environment, engaging with a wide range of stakeholders.


about you

Profile & Skills:

  • At least 3 years of work experience as Data Analyst or similar position
  • A university degree (preferably in an IT field)
  • Good SQL skills
  • Knowledge of reporting tools (Power BI, Qlikview, ELK, etc)
  • Expert knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of Cloud, Storage, and Security technologies (e.g., firewall, routers, IDS).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Good time management, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
  • Experience in building relationships with peers, management, and customers.
  • Flexibility in working hours and the ability to adapt to changing needs.
  • Determination to follow pre-defined processes and procedures.
  • A willingness to learn and expand knowledge in the relevant fields.
