about the role

As a Security and SDWAN Delivery Architect, you will play a key role in designing, validating, and deploying Security, SDWAN, and Connectivity solutions. This role involves working across Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, and Technical Implementation, ensuring seamless integration and operation of security solutions while supporting internal teams and customers.

Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales:

  • Conduct technical validations and assessments for Security, SDWAN, and Connectivity solutions.
  • Prepare configuration templates and guidelines for deployment.
  • Provide technical support to sales and operations teams.

Post-Sales:

  • Assist operations teams in the absence of Product Engineering.
  • Maintain third-party interlocking for security integrations.
  • Conduct security due diligence for new deployments.
  • Lead the acquisition and adoption of new technologies and solutions.
  • Capitalize on early-stage project experience to enhance maturity.
  • Share knowledge and provide training to internal teams.
  • Develop innovative security solutions and services.

Technical Implementation:

  • Design and test overall architecture and security components.
  • Create and execute test plans to validate performance.
  • Integrate systems across multiple security platforms.
  • Perform operational tasks during pilot phases.
  • Provide documentation and training for deployment teams.
  • Lead roll-out and deployment of new solutions.
  • Test and validate new features before production deployment.
  • Develop and test sophisticated customer security solutions.

Support:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Customer Solutions, Professional Services, Service Delivery, and Operations).
  • Provide Level 4 support for complex security and SD-WAN issues.


about you

Education & Certifications:

  • Engineering degree in Computer Science, Communications, Electronics, or a related field.
  • Fortinet certifications (NSE4, NSE5, NSE7) preferred.
  • Palo Alto certifications (PCNSA, PCNSE) are a plus.
  • Cisco certifications (CCNP Security, CCIE Security) are a plus.
  • Information security certifications (CISSP, CISA, CISM) are a plus.

Professional Experience:

  • 6+ years of experience in IT/network operations.
  • 4+ years of experience managing network and security infrastructures.
  • 4+ years working within an ITIL-managed environment.

Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Fortinet solutions, including FortiGate, FortiManager, and FortiAnalyzer.
  • Deep knowledge of Palo Alto Networks security solutions.
  • Expertise in Cisco security technologies.
  • Strong understanding of networking, technical architecture, and cloud security (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Experience in evaluating specifications, lab validation, and testing for security solutions.
  • Strong operational security management expertise across multiple security platforms.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to coach, mentor, and influence teams.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Stakeholder management experience, ensuring effective communication across teams.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work while meeting deadlines.
  • Experience handling security incidents and managing them to resolution.
  • Proven track record in report writing and dashboard development for senior management.
  • Fluent in English (French is a plus).
