Purpose of the Job:
Responsible to provide the necessary Services, ensuring the highest level of customer service, advocacy and support for over 10000 staff & outsource in several locations and distributed infrastructure including all Mobinil outlets.
Developing and enhancing the IT infrastructure systems.
Administrating and maintaining information technology systems, of all the Intel based platform servers.
Providing IT operations functions to office productivity tools for the organization's standard hardware, and software solutions.
Duties and responsibilities:
Perform system administration, including server/application installations, patch management, and Windows troubleshooting.
Provide advanced support for system hardware, software, and technical issue resolution.
Ensure high availability and optimal performance of mission-critical enterprise systems.
Administer and manage Active Directory (AD), Certificate Authority (CA), Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM).
Maintain and secure SQL databases, ensuring performance, security, and availability.
Configure and manage Microsoft Exchange Server 2016/2019.
Support and maintain Citrix Environment.
Administer System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) for software deployment, patching, and endpoint management.
Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure health using System Center Operations Manager (SCOM).
Manage Forcepoint V10000 for secure gateway access and reporting.
Administer and manage Kaspersky Endpoint Security, ensuring protection against malware, ransomware, and cyber threats.
Implement security best practices in Infrastructure systems
Provide on-call support for critical system issues.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of system infrastructure, configurations, and topologies.
Generate reports on system performance, availability, and security compliance.
Job specification:
Bachelor's degree in computer engineering.
Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in system administration, infrastructure management, and IT operations.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a senior system administration role, managing enterprise IT environments, servers, and cloud-based infrastructure.
Proven experience in system security, networking, and disaster recovery planning.
Strong expertise in automation, scripting, and monitoring tools to improve system efficiency and reliability.
Experience leading technical projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Previous involvement in system migrations, upgrades, and high-availability solutions.
Skills and abilities
