Unified Communication Implementation Expert - Cisco

about the role

• Accountable for delivery of services by an application, a set of applications, a shared platform, or an infrastructure service.
• Act as the key point of contact for the “Unified Communication Project Manager” (UCPM), “Solution consultant" (SC), IZ PM, and Operations teams regarding the Cisco Unified Communications solutions.
• Will be fully responsible and for implementing and delivering Cisco UC Solutions to customers.
• Building configurations as per design, recommendations, and detailed procedures developed by the Engineering Team of platforms like CUCM, CUC, IM&P, CUE, UCCX, CUEAC, VGWs, CUBE, Analog VGs, Webex calling/meetings, ...etc.
• Have a global view of the project architecture and services to be provided to the customer.
• Participate in regular project status meetings (internal and/or with the customer).
• Support the creation and/or update the documentation about the implementation and configuration (technical documentation, procedures, processes) by means of effective feedback.
• Update internal configuration repository regarding the project.
• Run the tests, validation, and internal acceptance of the services.
• Help troubleshoot and fix issues during the build phase.
• Provide expert support to Pre-sales and Project Managers on IPT change Management/Implementation requests on case-by case basis.
• Perform Feasibility study and risk assessment of technical design, suggest changes in technical design if required.
• Support the customer during customer acceptance testing and till finalizing the handover to operation.
• Involved in the handover to Operations task and manages priorities.
