Job Description

  • Finance Point of Contact with Stakeholders
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for financial stakeholders when digitalization projects are initiated, ensuring a smooth kickoff process.
  • Facilitate effective communication and reporting to all stakeholders, keeping everyone informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Serve as the primary resource for stakeholders seeking guidance on digital finance tools and platforms, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
  • Design and conduct training sessions focused on digital finance solutions, including software applications, data analytics tools, and automation processes, to enhance stakeholder proficiency.
  • Project Management
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive project roadmap, challenging stakeholders to adhere to timelines and deliverables.
  • Manage digitalization projects, adhering to Scrum methodologies, and leading teams ranging from 1 to 5 personnel.
  • Conduct regular project reviews to ensure progress and address any issues proactively.
  • Responsible for preparing a comprehensive handover to the run team, ensuring that all processes, documentation, and knowledge transfer are effectively communicated
  • Automation and Digitalization
  • Automate using tools such as Alteryx, Dataiku or Power BI to optimize data processing efficiency.
  • Conduct data collection from various sources to ensure comprehensive data integrity for analysis.
  • Perform regular data quality checks to identify and resolve issues proactively.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide insights to inform digital strategy.

Skills Development

  • Strong ETL tools knowledge, specifically with Dataiku or Alteryx, to streamline data workflows and transformations.
  • Rigor in approaching projects, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Professional demeanor with a reliable work ethic to foster trust with team members and stakeholders.
  • Experience in finance controlling to understand the financial aspects of data projects.
  • Goal-oriented mindset to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel to analyze and present data findings clearly.
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Proficiency in French to facilitate communication within diverse teams and multinational contexts.
