about the role
Maintain equipment based on SOP’s and ensure immediate escalation to competent authority in order to ensure uptimes.
- Technical Operational Role: Maintain Standard ( OEMs – Cisco, HP- ARUBA, Cisco DNA, Meraki & Viptela experience would be added advantage ) based on SOP’s and ensure immediate escalation to competent authority in order to ensure uptimes.

- Effective handling of Technical Escalations
- Ensure Service Delivery as per agreed SOW / SLA
- Provide support to L3 for RFO/ RCA (Root cause analysis) and Preventive maintenance, Participate in assess Risk and Impact.
- Take initiatives in learning, certifications & evaluating new Networking Technology & Tools
- Driving Technical Knowledge Transfers & awareness session on best practices within team by proper training session. Mentor & Hand hold L1, JE Teams.

Rich Hands-on experience of implementing of respective Routing & Switching solutions OEM such as Cisco, HP-ARUBA, Avaya, ALu, JUNIPER.
Good understanding and Hands on Routing technologies like BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, HSRP, VRRP etc.
Good Understanding and Hands on Switching technologies like STP, RSTP, VLAN's, VPC, link-aggregation etc.
Good understanding about IPSEC, Firewall - Netscreen, SSG, SRX.
Excellent NOC Troubleshooting, analyzing & managing the critical Incidents, Problem tickets with out of the box thought process.
Experience in designing POA for complex Change/Project.
Good knowledge in preparing RFO, RCA’s, documentation, Knowledge Bank.
5-6 plus years of experience in NOC support services( relevant exp atleast 4 years).
Good in remote troubleshooting & NMS tools.
Good in wireless troubleshooting & CHANGE implementation.
Actual hands on experience of implementation of ARUBA & HP network devices
