about the role
As part of the Orange International Networks (OINIS) division of Orange, we manage the global network and services infrastructure of the Orange Group worldwide, in order to support connectivity and value-added services of our customers. OINIS is a privileged stakeholder for networks, infrastructure and security.
Our mission is to conceive, plan, deploy and operate international and long-distance (backbone) networks, as well as the IT infrastructures of the group.
Within this organization the Networks Program & Transversal department is responsible for the quality of service, the profitability and the competitiveness of the networks while reducing their carbon footprint, in a context of complex business and technological transformations, and a significant growth of the internet traffic. This involves inventory and costs management in coordination with IT, providing business intelligence, facilitating decision making, and supporting cost optimization.
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in AI, data automation, and Power BI with AI capabilities. This role focuses on leveraging advanced analytics and AI-powered tools to transform raw data into actionable insights, driving business growth and operational efficiency.
Mission
- The mission of the Business Data Analyst role is to leverage data-driven insights for optimizing business processes and enhancing operational efficiency. Key objectives include supporting 5strategic initiatives through advanced data analytics, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making, and driving growth through actionable insights.
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets using machine learning libraries or AI-enabled analytics platforms to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Automate data processes, including extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL), using AI-driven automation tools to improve efficiency.
- Develop predictive models and perform advanced analytics to support forecasting, customer segmentation, and other business needs.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports enhanced with AI functionalities for business decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by validating, cleaning, and preprocessing datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and propose data-driven solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, automation, and Power BI to continuously enhance analytical capabilities.
about you
- Required Skills:
- Proficiency in AI-powered SaaS platforms like Salesforce and tools for data analysis and automation.
- Expertise in Power BI, including AI integration for advanced analytics and visualization (hands-on experience in using Gemini).
- Strong knowledge of data modeling techniques like Polyglot, SARIMA, Holt-Winters, clustering, forecasting, and algorithm selection (linear regression, decision tree, neural networks), as well as SQL, Python, R, and ETL processes.
- Experience with AI-driven predictive modeling and machine learning techniques.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business strategies.
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience with additional analytics platforms and consulting experience in business intelligence or data strategy would be beneficial.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as R or Python for data manipulation and application in real-world scenarios.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 2 to 5 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related fields.
- Certifications:
- Certifications in Power BI, AI, or data analytics (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate).
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered business analytics tools and platforms.
