about the role

  • The Associate Technical Integration management (ATIM) is an associate role for the network solutions and their integration, and is the technical Implementer for any meshing, basic configuration with Access Test for simple sites, PE and CE cleanup, IOS upgrades projects, Maintenance and Monitoring maintenance activities around sites installation.

 

More specifically, the Associate Technical Integration Engineer:

  • Enable the Release Management Policy by implementing the devices upgrades and by ensuring consistency in terms of release deployed for the customer, like IOS upgrade projects.
  • Contribute actively during the transition activities and  PE and CE clean up.
  • Contribute actively in Maintenance and Monitoring activities


about you

  • Responsible for the network resources allocation, provisioning & meshing function for network.
  • Accountable for the right-on-time and right-first-time error-free validation and basic configuration for simple sites.
  • Perform Simple legacy Access Testing and basic configuration during time window, necessary technical tests after the Access Testing by providing technical support for Field Service engineers to check with the Field engineer that device is accessible and running with no problems, otherwise ensure next intervention window in case needed under the supervision of TIM.

 

  • Follow and comply to the global Change Management Process and take into account customer specifics requirements if needed,

Target the Zero-outage for all changes by setting the right level of control and validation, template usage and by taking careful risks


additional information

  • Responsible for performing PE and CE cleanup checks and implement the changes

 

  • Responsible for Maintenance and Monitoring activities of the customer

 

  • Manage Release Management policy specific to the assigned Customer.
  • Ensure the proper de-risking before any major release activities (release notes analysis and pilots, soft changes, PE and CE clean up)

Coordinate with the customer CSM/CM community in term of maintenance window.
