about the role
The Business Analyst's responsibilities will be:
Lead or participate in business meetings (Marketing, Operations, etc.)
Participate in IT meetings to define a shared solution that will be disseminated to the business.
Build on the generic solutions already defined.
Monitor the progress of assigned topics (from design to development delivery) to provide visibility to the business lines.
Participate in synchronizing developments with the team, particularly the iterative pace to contribute to the product roadmap.
Contribute to collective value-based prioritization meetings by helping business teams define the value provided by their requests.
The Business Analyst will ensure the alignment of the request with the developments made by conducting initial tests with a business focus before participating in or organizing tests with the requesters.
Share initiatives and results within their scope with the Business Analyst team: exchange knowledge. Mentoring, training.
about you
Facilitate, cooperate, and convince across departments: Know and implement basic cross-departmental facilitation techniques.
Communicate and convey: Good communication and natural leadership skills, expressing oneself orally and in writing in a clear and structured manner (without expert jargon). Present work in a clear and logical manner.
IT Knowledge: Independently, be able to master IT strategy and challenges, and promote architectural principles. Have basic knowledge of the functional architecture of IT applications within this scope and interacting scopes. Reformulate requirements from a functional perspective within this scope independently.
Know how to align needs and solutions: Have basic knowledge of methods and tools for expressing needs and analyzing value. Understand and be able to articulate business expectations. Understand and analyze proposed IT solutions to enable dialogue with project stakeholders. Risk Management: Ability to manage priorities, monitor risks, and report information
Fluency in English: Proficient in both written and spoken communication, including producing documentation, presentations, argumentation, and interacting with others across all areas of the organization.
