about the role

The Communication Services business line is responsible for marketing and designing unified communication products for our customers, anywhere in the world, and supporting them in building and operating their advanced communications and collaboration solutions. The candidate will join the "Collaboration and Customer eXperience Product Management" department covering Collaboration, International Voice and Customers relationship management products.

As Product Manager you will be involved in the Customer, Employee and Voice eXperience (CEVX) SAFe portfolio.  EX+CX+Voice transformation is an opportunity at the core of Enterprises to deliver a cloud-based, digital first and AI-driven portfolio to our customers, relying on the right combination of assets, used to build our CEVX flagship products such as Business Together with Microsoft.

 

The Product Manager's mission is to contribute to the launch of new Business Together with Microsoft services and features leading to improvement and added value, delivered in short cycles of functional enrichment. You will also drive cost reduction and competitiveness initiatives by placing the user experience at the center of product evolution choices. Value development and progress will be followed through the CEVX Orange Key Results (OKR) dashboard, tracking the impact of our strategy execution.

Skills/experience in product management/ marketing in a B2B environment

Description of activities

Based on data from corporate strategy, sales channels, Communication Services business line orientations, market and supplier data and customer studies, you define the evolution of the content of the offer and its market positioning.

You will work on the Customer, Employee and Voice eXperience (CEVX) SAFe portfolio aligning with top priorities including profitability, future of voice 2030 and AI monetization.

You will  integrate AI / Agentic AI into our Microsoft telephony and tenant management offer to deliver value to customers

By constantly placing yourself in the user's shoes and interacting with other stakeholders, you anticipate their needs in order to provide them with a differentiated and outstanding customer experience.

You work with the lead Product Manager to define the product roadmap and manage its overall financial and operational performance

You support the relationship with solution providers (examples: Microsoft, Audiocodes) and Microsoft ecosystem providers (software, services, phones , headsets...).

You collaborate with the pricing manager to define product pricing strategies, enhance profitability, and ensure alignment with overall business goals.

You make forecasts and analyze service sales and determine corrective actions to implement to achieve objectives.

You ensure the competitive intelligence of major industry players (global integrators and managed service providers) in the Collaboration space.

You contribute to the sales support provided by the business development teams within the sales zones and channels.

You contribute to the optimization of pre-sales processes, the creation of marketing assets, the improvement of sales support tools as well as customer events with the Operational Marketing team.

You contribute with the rest of the team to marketing workshops and market monitoring activities, evolution of the range strategy and transversal actions.
