about the role
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Integration Architect to lead the design, development, and governance of enterprise-grade integrations, primarily around Salesforce and connected systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, OAuth/JWT security, and middleware tools and custom integrations.
This role is hands-on, with leadership responsibility over architectural decisions, solution governance, and technical mentoring of the development team.

about you
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect scalable and secure integration solutions for Salesforce with third-party and internal systems using REST/SOAP APIs, ETL tools, and middleware.
- Define and enforce API architecture best practices including versioning, governance, and security protocols (OAuth 2.0, JWT).
- Lead technical discussions, create solution blueprints, and oversee implementation with development teams.
- Build reusable enterprise integration assets and frameworks that align with CI/CD practices.
- Drive the integration roadmap with stakeholders across business and technical teams.
- Monitor API usage, error rates, and performance through dashboards and alerting mechanisms.
- Document integration patterns, data flows, and design decisions for knowledge transfer and operational support.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 6+ years in enterprise integration, with at least 4 years in SaaS integration architecture roles.
- Proven expertise in SaaS, Java, WebServices and API development.
- Hands-on with Middleware, external objects, and other middleware technologies.
- Deep knowledge of OAuth 2.0, JWT, API security, and encrypted communication methods.
- Proficiency in tools such as Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, Ant, and monitoring platforms.
- Strong experience designing integration solutions using Python, FastAPI, or similar stacks is a plus.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and team leadership capabilities.
