about the role
The Project Manager leads a team through the project life cycle by establishing a plan that maximize value to the stakeholders, ensuring the execution of that plan and tracking the team’s performance against it. The project manager ensures that the project is optimize to prioritize value within balanced constraints and manages expectations through changing environments.
about you
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (predictive hybrid and Agile), tools, and techniques.
- Time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Commitment to accomplish work in an ethical, efficient and cost-effective manner
- Proficiency in using project management software and tools
- Solid understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and resource allocation.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey information and expresses thoughts and facts
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
- Leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
- Understand and experience of ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) industry
- PMP certification desired
- Fluency in English is mandatory . Spanish is desired.
